Starting the Demo Chapter + New Recruit Behavior

A smaller update this week as lifes clipped me this week - not hit me, just grazed! So I've sat and started writing the demo and this work is the start of the demo being actually implemented instead of being a collection of disparate systems. I've added the ability for recruits to follow you if they're not being played, started the speech system and Henry's sub chapter is fully written. So tune in next week and hopefully we can get a lot more of this playable!
