Under the Hood with Cutscene Improvements

I'm trying something new here - the Changelist - which covers the improvements made via the editor. So this time I'm covering the cutscene rework that I did this week and the improvements to the dialogue system. This week I've managed to get the out of tomb cutscenes working! I know I had already got it working, but I had made some significant improvements to the cutscene system since then which required a whole major rework. In writing the end of the Henry Demo chapter I needed to be able to check what letters players had, so I had to add this into the letter manager. Although I hit a roadblock - letters are only available in the level select screen.
